Las Vegas is a unique place, one that always has something going on.  If you are even remotely involved in the social scene in Las Vegas, you will probably find that you are invited to special events, formal dinners and parties at least a few times every year.  Las Vegas is also the place where people come in order to do things like have bachelor parties, get married, go on vacation, see shows etc and there is always going to be at least one friend coming to Las Vegas some time in the future.  This means one simple thing for the people who live in Las Vegas, that you are always going to have to be ready to go out somewhere or take someone out to show them a little of what the town offers.  Long time residents all have stories about how their friends and family are always coming to town, or that they have been invited to a party for work or socialization.  There are also many, many bars and nightclubs that are used for the purposes of both work events and socializing, and you always have to be ready to go to one at a moments notice.  This means that you need to keep your semi-formal and formal clothes dry cleaned at all times.  If you are asked to go out with a group of friends after work you want to make sure that you are going to look your best.

The best plan is to have at least a few different formal and semi-formal outfits or suits that are in your closet to choose from at any moment.  You are going to need to keep these clothes ready to be taken from the closet and worn right now, so you are going to need to get to know the best dry cleaner you can find, and make sure that you drop your clothing off to be dry cleaned each and every time that you wear it.  Looking good in Las Vegas is just as important as if you were in Hollywood, and dry cleaning is part of that process.

You cannot wash a suit or a formal dress in water, the material will be ruined if you try to.  You also cannot iron a suit with a regular iron like you would for jeans or a t-shirt.  These special fabrics must be dry cleaned using a process that removes the dirt, oil and stains with a specialized chemical and then extrudes the chemical from the fabric using a special machine.  The suit is then pressed using a professional press before being bagged and hung before you pick it up.  The garment will remain clean and wrinkle free as long as it is hung in an environment without a lot of smoke from cigarettes or other smells.  If you are a smoker you will probably want to dry clean every suit that you have at least once every month or so, even if you do not wear it.  This way, you are always ready for that night out on the town that wasn’t planned, and isn’t that why you moved to Vegas in the first place?
